Facilities and Network Use Agreement. On the Effective Date, the Company will enter into a contract with ACS and GCI in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J (the “Facilities and Network Use Agreement”). Neither Member is authorized to use the Company Network except in accordance with the Facilities and Network Use Agreement.
