Common use of FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES Clause in Contracts

FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES. 1. The College will provide office space for each faculty member equipped with a desk, twochairs, a bookcase and filing cabinet. No more than two (2) faculty members will be assigned to an office. 2. Faculty members shall have reasonable access to secretarial assistance, duplicating services, and supplies for the preparation of teaching materials, examinations and relatedmaterials. 3. All rights and privileges of access to library materials and services currently availableshall continue. 4. Each faculty member shall have reasonable access to telephone services including the useof the New Hampshire in-state line and out-of-state long-distance service for academic business. 5. Faculty will have a computer, basic office software, e-mail accounts, internet access andreasonable access to printing for purposes of carrying out their professional responsibilities.
