Facilities Planning and Operation. Consistent with and subject to the requirements of this Agreement, the PJM Tariff, the MAAC Agreement, the Reliability Assurance Agreement, the Transmission Owners Agreement, and the PJM Manuals, each Member shall cooperate with the other Members in the coordinated planning and operation of the facilities of its System within the PJM Control Area so as to obtain the greatest practicable degree of reliability, compatible economy and other advantages from such coordinated planning and operation.
