FACILITIES SERVICE. Section 1.1 Gatherer owns and operates a natural gas gathering pipeline, dehydration facility, compression, certain receipt points, delivery points and related facilities located in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Pennsylvania (as may be expanded and extended from time to time) (the “System”).
Section 1.2 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Producer agrees to deliver, and Gatherer agrees to gather, dehydrate and compress, all of Producer’s Gas from ▇▇▇▇▇ within the Dedicated Area, for redelivery to Points of Delivery at existing or identified meter stations as defined in Exhibit “B” or subsequent meter stations at Texas Eastern Transmission (“TET”), Dominion Transmission Inc. (“DTI”), or Columbia Gas (“TCO”) within the corridors mapped in Exhibit “B”.
FACILITIES SERVICE. Effective July 1, 2022, Facilities Serviceperson shall advance one step on the salary schedule. Effective July 1, 2022, employees assigned to all other Facilities classifications shall advance 2 steps on the salary schedule. Employees assigned to the Armed Safe School Officer Salary Schedule shall advance two (2) steps on the salary schedule effective July 1, 2022. Building Security Persons shall receive a four (4) % increase to their base salary effective July 1, 2022. Campus Monitors shall receive a four (4) % increase to their base salary effective July 1, 2022.
FACILITIES SERVICE. VeriCenter Data Centers are designed with environmental support system redundancy and managed environmental system infrastructures that provide for un-interruptible power and cooling for all components within such VeriCenter Data Center. VeriCenter will continuously monitor capacity levels for power generation, cooling, and un-interruptible power supply systems at VeriCenter Data Centers. VeriCenter will, at VeriCenter expense, upgrade or improve capacity levels within VeriCenter Data Centers as necessary.
