Compression. Gatherer shall maintain all existing compression facilities, unless Shipper shall otherwise consent in writing, and shall install such additional compression facilities as may be necessary or appropriate under good industry practices and commercially reasonable.
Compression. (a) The Gathering System Plan will describe the compression facilities that will be required to compress Dedicated Gas upstream of the Delivery Points or any System High Pressure Line in order for the Gathering System to be operated at the pressures specified in Section 8.1 and to permit Dedicated Gas to enter the facilities of the Downstream Pipelines or Processing Plants, as applicable (“Required Compressor Stations”). Gatherer shall install each such Required Compressor Station as directed by Shipper and shall operate and maintain each Required Compressor Station (each such Required Compressor Station so installed by Gatherer, a “System Compressor Station”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Gatherer shall not be obligated to install any Required Compressor Station during the ten year period immediately prior to the scheduled termination of this Agreement unless Shipper agrees that this Agreement shall remain in effect beyond the scheduled termination thereof as to such Required Compressor Station only and the amount determined under Section 5.1(d)(ii)(A) with respect thereto until the 10th anniversary of the placement in service of such Required Compressor Station. To the extent that Shipper does not direct Gatherer to install any Required Compressor Station as, when, and where described in the Gathering System Plan and as a consequence the Gathering System is not capable of operating in accordance with the obligations of Gatherer with respect to pressures that are set forth in Sections 8.1 and 8.2, Gatherer shall be relieved from such obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, Gatherer shall have the right at any time to add additional compressor stations to the Gathering System, and to add compression capacity at any System Compressor Station in addition to the capacity that Shipper has directed to be installed at such System Compressor Station, as it deems necessary or appropriate to provide the Services and such services as it is providing in respect of Third Party Production. Shipper must pay the Compression Fee with respect to all its Gas that is compressed using such additional compressor stations or using such additional capacity, but such additional compressor stations or additional capacity shall not be included for purposes of calculating the Minimum Compression Volume Commitment, and the Compression Fee paid by Gatherer for its Gas compressed using such additional compressor stations or additional capacity shall not count toward the amount deter...
Compression. The Gathering System Plan will describe the compression facilities that will be constructed as part of the Gathering System as well as the maximum operating pressures of the gathering lines, which shall be subject to the approval of Shipper and no higher than the MAOP and other maximum operating parameters.
Compression. To process a Compression Run, Zero Hash uses Transaction Data provided by the relevant Transaction Platform. If the results of the Compression Run are approved by Zero Hash, it will submit the results of such Compression Run to the relevant Transaction Platform on behalf of its customers. The results of the Compression service do not necessarily constitute termination, novation or replacement of Transactions, may purely be the results of an algorithm devised by Zero Hash, and are not a recommendation by Zero Hash that such Transaction Platform should terminate or replace any particular open Transaction. Implementation of the Compression Run may require regulatory reporting and other processes that are fully managed by the Transaction Platform. Each Transaction Platform will report the results of each Compression Run as may be required by its agreements, rules and procedures.
Compression. Shipper shall have the right to install and own compression facilities and plunger lifts upstream of each Receipt Point.
Compression. Producer shall provide Gatherer with a minimum of thirty (30) Days’ notice before any new compression is to be installed. Any compression installed by Producer upstream of a Receipt Point shall: (1) not be within 400 feet of any measurement site of the Gathering System; (2) minimize pulsation at the Interconnect Facilities, at a square root error below zero point five percent (0.5%) (based on an industry-accepted square root indicator); (3) have low-pressure shutdown controls on the suction system that prevent drawing air into the system and, to the extent Producer desires to operate the suction system with less than a two (2) Psig minimum inlet pressure, an oxygen sensor shall be installed on the inlet of the suction line so as to automatically shut down Producer’s Compression Facilities when the oxygen is detected at levels above two thousand (2,000) parts per million (0.2%); and (4) be operated such that the discharge/outlet line pressure measured at the compressor cylinder shall not exceed the MAOP of the Gathering System downstream of the Interconnect Facilities (with Producer responsible for primary pressure cut).
Compression. Faculty members whose base salary is below the salary of similarly situated faculty are eligible to be considered for an equity adjustment. The increase must be approved by the Xxxxxxx or the Xxxxxxx’x designee.
Compression. Set the compression filter for monochrome images:
Compression. Upgrade the existing Ozark Lequire compressor station to handle more volume. Installation of betxxxx 0,000 and 11,000 horsepower of additional compression at the Lequire station, dependent on final design and utilization of existinx xxxxxne compression. Installation to include related station yard piping, valving, electrical switchgear, and electric facilities as required. Upgrade the existing NOARK compressor station to handle more volume. Installation of approximately 13,000 horsepower of additional compression at the NOARK station. Station manifold and yard piping will be adapted as necessary to accept the new suction and discharge lines to the Ozark system including 20 inch pig launcher and receiver facilities. Appropriate valving and piping will also be added to provide flexibility to discharge into either or both systems.
Compression. Where any field compression facility through which Gas attributable to Producer’s flow is being powered by electrical power or other fuel (not including Producer’s Gas delivered to Processor at the Receipt Point), Processor will charge Producer with Producer’s share of the power or fuel costs necessary to operate such compression facility. Such cost will be allocated to the Gas of a particular Receipt Point flowing through such compression facility by multiplying the total power or fuel cost of such field compression facility for a Month by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Adjusted Gas Volume measured at a particular Receipt Point and the denominator of which is the total Adjusted Gas Volumes attributable to the Gas of all points of receipt flowing through such compression facility during such Month. The product thereby determined will be deemed to be the share of the costs attributable to the Gas of a particular Receipt Point and will be deducted from the proceeds due Producer hereunder.
