Facility Agent's receipt of Notices. If the Facility Agent receives a notice under clause 8 (Voluntary prepayment and cancellation) or clause 9 (Mandatory prepayment and cancellation), it shall promptly forward a copy of that notice or election to the Company or the affected Lender(s), as appropriate.
