Extension Date. At least one year before the Payment Date initially designated pursuant to paragraph 4.1(a) above, the Participant may irrevocably elect to extend such Payment Date to the first day of any calendar quarter, subject to the limitation set forth in paragraph 4.1(c).
Extension Date. Following delivery of an Extension Notice pursuant to Clause 14.1 above, the Original Facility B Maturity Date shall be extended to the day which is 364 days from (and including) the Original Facility B Maturity Date and the Facility B Maturity Date shall be modified accordingly.

Extension Date. (a) The Original Facility B Termination Date shall be extended if and when Lenders whose Facility B Commitments amount in aggregate to more than 50 per cent. of the Total Facility B Commitments have agreed to it by giving a Notice of Extension and, provided that the Borrower has not withdrawn its Extension Request on or before the date falling 10 days prior to the Original Facility B Termination Date, the Original Facility B Termination Date shall then be extended to the day which is 364 days from (and including) the Original Facility B Termination Date.
(b) If less than all the Lenders give a Notice of Extension, then the Facility B Commitments shall be reduced to zero and the share of any outstanding Loans of the Lenders which have not agreed to the extension shall be fully repaid on the Original Facility B Termination Date (and those Lenders shall cease from that date to be Lenders in respect of Facility B under this Agreement) and the amount of Facility B shall be reduced accordingly.
Extension Date. Upon receipt by the Facility Agent of an Extension Request the Commitment of each Bank and the Final Maturity Date will be extended to the First Extended Maturity Date and, as the case may be, to the Second Extended Maturity Date, with effect from the Original Maturity Date or, as the case may be, the First Extended Maturity Date without the need for any further action, provided that: the Company has, no later than on the Original Maturity Date or the First Extended Maturity Date, as the case may be, paid to the Facility Agent the applicable Extension Fee in accordance with the provisions of Clause 23.4 (Extension Fee).
Extension Date. For purposes of the MTA, VRM agrees to extend the Extension Date to December 31, 2024, subject to the automatic and immediate acceleration of the final payment date of the VRM Full Return upon the occurrence of any Trigger Event.
Extension Date. Bank agrees to extend the Revolving Maturity Date to November 30, 2001 (the "Extension Date"). Each new Closing Date set by Buyer pursuant to this section based on its giving of an extension notice and delivering a Supplemental Xxxxxxx Money Deposit may also be referred to herein as an "Extension Date".
