Facility Closure Notice - Holiday and Work Schedules. NOTICE: Daily work schedules and facility operations are NOT consistent on the Hanford Site. Many organizations and facilities observe Friday closures. Accordingly, BEFORE scheduling deliveries or site work, the Subcontractor shall make specific schedule arrangements with the Contract Specialist, BTR, Facility Manager, Delivery Warehouse Manager, Building Manager, or other cognizant Buyer. The Buyer will not be liable for the cost of any delays, demurrage, layovers, extra travel days, etc., which result from Subcontractor’s failure to obtain a specific delivery or work schedule in advance.
