Facility Evaluation Clause Samples
The Facility Evaluation clause establishes the process and criteria for assessing the suitability or condition of a facility involved in an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the right of one or both parties to inspect the premises, specifies the standards or benchmarks to be used during the evaluation, and may set timeframes for when evaluations must occur. By clearly defining how and when a facility will be evaluated, this clause helps ensure transparency, manage expectations, and prevent disputes over the facility’s condition or compliance with contractual requirements.
