Site and Facilities. The Site and Facilities comply with all applicable restrictive covenants, zoning ordinances, building laws and other Applicable Laws (including without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended). The City is the owner in fee of title to the Site and Facilities. No lien or encumbrance on the Property materially impairs the City’s use of the Site and Facilities for the purposes for which they are, or may reasonably be expected to be, held.
