Common use of FACILITY INSPECTION RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

FACILITY INSPECTION RIGHTS. The TOWN may, at reasonable times during the term hereof, inspect the CONTRACTOR’S facilities and perform such inspections, as the TOWN deems reasonably necessary, to determine whether the services required to be provided by the CONTRACTOR under this Agreement conform to the terms hereof and/or the terms of the solicitation documents, if applicable. The CONTRACTOR shall make available to the TOWN all facilities and assistance to facilitate the performance of inspections by the TOWN’S representatives.
