Common use of Facility Leases and Leased Real Property Clause in Contracts

Facility Leases and Leased Real Property. With respect to each Facility Lease, Seller has and will have at the Closing an unencumbered interest in the Leasehold Estate. Seller enjoys peaceful and undisturbed possession of all the Leased Real Property, subject to the rights of the fee owners.

Facility Leases and Leased Real Property.
