Common use of Facility Number Clause in Contracts

Facility Number. 3. During the Term of this Contract, the Physician may provide services outside the scope of this Contract on a fee-for-service basis. The Physician, whether or not required by MSP or other paying agency, will enter start and stop times of the patient encounter for any services provided outside the scope of this Contract on a fee-for-service basis when those services are provided on the same day that the Physician provides Services under this Contract.
