Facility Operational Changes. Except in the case of emergencies, Customer agrees it will not, without the consent of an authorized representative of Honeywell: (a) make any significant deviations from the applicable Customer Guarantee Practices; (b) put any system or item of equipment in a permanent "on" position, if the same would constitute a deviation from the applicable Customer Guarantee Practices; or (c) assume manual control of any energy management system or item of equipment, if the same would constitute a deviation from the applicable Customer Guarantee Practices.

Facility Operational Changes. Except in the case of emergencies, CUSTOMER agrees it will notify the HONEYWELL’S designated representative if CUSTOMER institutes any of the following operational changes: makes significant deviations from the agreed to Energy and Operational Cost Avoidance Guarantee Practices; puts any system or item of equipment in a permanent "on" position, if this would constitute a deviation from the applicable Energy and Operational Cost Avoidance Guarantee Practices; assumes manual control of any energy management system or item of equipment, if the same would constitute a deviation from the applicable Energy and Operational Cost Avoidance Guarantee Practices. HONEYWELL will document such changes and any savings adjustments needed to account for such changes in the Annual Guaranteed Savings Reconciliation Report for Customer’s review and approval.
