Common use of Facility Standards Clause in Contracts

Facility Standards. 4.1 The Customer shall ensure that the Facility: (a) meets all applicable requirements of the Electrical Safety Authority (“ESA”); (b) conforms to all applicable industry standards including, but not limited to, those of the Canadian Standards Association (“CSA”), the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the American National Standards Institute and the International Electrotechnical Commission;
