Reference Standards. A. The latest published edition of a reference shall be applicable to this Project unless identified by a specific edition date. B. All reference amendments adopted prior to the effective date of this Contract shall be applicable to this Project. C. All materials, installation and workmanship shall comply with all applicable requirements and standards. 1. Texas Medical Center Architectural Standards and Texas Medical Center Stormwater Management Design Guidelines are applicable to all Projects located within the Texas Medical Center. 2. Owner’s underwriter requirements are applicable to all Projects.

Reference Standards. Each owner shall provide or have access to suitable indicating instruments as reference standards for insuring the accuracy of shop and portable instruments used for testing billing submeters.

Reference Standards. Reference to the standards of any technical society, organization, or association, or to codes of local or state authorities, shall mean the latest standard, code, specification, or tentative standard adopted and published at the date of the Contract Documents unless specifically stated otherwise.

Reference Standards. Reference standards required for API and key components of the Product which are readily available through the U. S. Pharmacopaeia shall be provided by DSM. If such reference standards are not readily available or must be made to order, they shall be obtained at Barrier’s expense, including any re-certifications thereof.

Reference Standards. 6.1 All testing shall use primary reference standards, or appropriately qualified secondary reference standards. Qualification of secondary reference standards must comply with current ICH guidelines.

Reference Standards. Unless available through the United States Pharmacopeia, Prometheus shall provide, without charge to GSK, analytical reference standards for each of the Products.
