Common use of Facsimile and E-mail Signatures Clause in Contracts

Facsimile and E-mail Signatures. The parties agree that the offer, any counteroffer and/or acceptance of any offer or counteroffer pursuant to this Contract may be communicated by use of a fax or electronic e-mail for the signatures, initials and handwritten or typewritten modifications to any of the foregoing shall be deemed to be valid and binding upon the parties as if the original signatures, initials and handwritten or typewritten modifications were present on the documents in the handwriting of each party.
