FACSIMILE OR COUNTERPART SIGNATURES. This Contract may be executed and delivered by any party hereto by sending a facsimile of the signature or by a legally recognized e- signature. Such facsimile signature or legally recognized e-signature shall be binding upon the party so executing it upon the receipt of the signature by any other party.

  • Counterpart Signatures This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, including via facsimile, each of which shall be deemed an original for all purposes, including judicial proof of the terms hereof, and all of which together shall constitute and be deemed one and the same agreement.
