Facsimile or Email Signature. The Corporation shall be entitled to rely on delivery of a facsimile copy (or a scanned and emailed version) of an executed subscription and acceptance by the Corporation of such subscription shall be legally effective to create a valid and binding Agreement between the Investor and the Corporation in accordance with the terms hereof.
Facsimile or Email Signature. The parties agree that this Agreement, agreements ancillary to this Agreement and related documents to be entered into in connection with this Agreement will be considered signed when the signature of a party is delivered by facsimile or email transmission. Such facsimile or email signature shall be treated in all respects as having the same effect as an original signature.
