Facsimile/Scanned Signatures Sample Clauses

Facsimile/Scanned Signatures. The parties agree that use of a fax or scanned signature and the signatures, initials, and handwritten or typewritten modifications to any of the foregoing shall be deemed to be valid and binding upon the parties as if the original signature, initials and handwritten or typewritten modifications were present on the documents in the handwriting of each party.

Facsimile/Scanned Signatures. For purposes of this Agreement and any other Transaction Documents required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement, facsimiles of, or scanned, signatures shall be deemed to be original signatures. In addition, if any of the parties sign facsimile or scanned copies of this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents, such copies shall be deemed originals.
Facsimile/Scanned Signatures. Facsimile or scanned transmission of any signed original document, and the retransmission of any such transmission, shall be the same as delivery of the original signed document. At the request of any party, a party shall confirm documents with a facsimile or scanned transmitted signature by providing an original document.
