Common use of Facsimile Signatures and Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Facsimile Signatures and Counterparts. Facsimile signatures on this Agreement shall be sufficient and acceptable to bind the Parties and for execution of this Agreement. This Agreement shall only be effective and binding when executed by both Parties hereto. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which so executed shall be deemed an original and constitute one and the same agreement.
