Governmental Immunity. The Town and its officers, attorneys and employees, are relying on, and do not waive or intend to waive by any provision of this Agreement, the monetary limitations or any other rights, immunities or protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 00-00-000, et seq., as amended, or otherwise available to the Town and its officers, attorneys or employees.
Governmental Immunity. Liability for claims for injuries to persons or property arising from the negligence of the State, its departments, boards, commissions committees, bureaus, offices, employees and officials shall be controlled and limited by the provisions of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, §00-00-000, et seq., C.R.S.; the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. Pt. VI, Ch. 171 and 28 U.S.C. 1346(b), and the State’s risk management statutes, §§24-30-1501, et seq. C.R.
Governmental Immunity. No term or condition of this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted as a waiver, either express or implied, of the monetary limits, notice requirements, immunities, rights, benefits, defenses, limitations and protections available to County under any applicable law, including but not limited to the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. 00-00-000, et. seq., as currently written or hereafter amended or implemented.

No term or condition of this contract shall be construed or interpreted as a waiver, express or implied, of any of the immunities, rights, benefits, protections, or other provisions, of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, CRS §00-00-000 et seq., or the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§1346(b) and 2671 et seq., as applicable now or hereafter amended.

Governmental Immunity. City does not waive sovereign immunity by entering into this Agreement, and specifically retains immunity and all defenses available to it as sovereigns pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 1-39-104(a) and all other state law.
Governmental Immunity. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a waiver of any governmental immunity available to the Counties under Colorado statute or other applicable law.
Governmental Immunity. Notwithstanding any other provision of this contract to the contrary, no term or condition of this contract shall be construed or interpreted as a waiver, express or implied, of any of the immunities, rights, benefits, protection, or other provisions of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, § 00-00-000, et seq., C.R.S., as now or hereafter amended. The parties understand and agree that liability for claims for injuries to persons or property arising out of negligence of the State of Colorado, its departments, institutions, agencies, boards, officials and employees is controlled and limited by the provisions of § 00-00-000, et seq., C.R.S., as now or hereafter amended and the risk management statutes, §§ 24-30-1501, et seq., C.R.S., as now or hereafter amended.
Governmental Immunity. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed in any way to be a waiver of the County's immunity protection under the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 00-00-000, et seq., as amended.
