Factors to Consider. In addition to the eligibility requirements for Agency employees in Section 9 of this Article, and the disqualifications in Sections 9 and 11 of this Article, supervisors also must consider, at a minimum, the following factors before authorizing telework for new employees: (1) Previous federal service, if any; (2) Length and nature of previous work experience; and (3) Any previous experience teleworking.
