When the terms of this Certificate refers to a specific agreement or other document to determine the meaning or operation of a provision hereof, the Corporation shall maintain a copy of such agreement or document at the principal executive offices of the Corporation and a copy thereof shall be provided free of charge to any Holder who makes a written demand therefore.
