FACULTY-ADMINISTRATION RELATIONSHIPS. Section A, Designation of Rank. Non-bargaining unit members will be given rank in an academic discipline, promotion in rank in an academic discipline or tenure in a program only upon the affirmative written recommendation of the program acting in accordance with established program criteria and procedure. Nothing in this section shall be construed to change the current status of presently appointed administrative staff who are not members of the bargaining unit.
