FACULTY COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE PUBLIC. The College shall not exercise control of the activities of faculty members except within their assignments. When the faculty member speaks or writes as a citizen, he/she shall be free from administrative and institutional censorship and discipline. The faculty member bears a responsibility to clarify the fact that he/she speaks as an individual and not on behalf of the institution.
