Faculty Improvement Leave. Both parties to this Agreement subscribe to the concept of Faculty Improvement Leave for professional development in accordance with State Law ORC 3345.28. The Administration will make two (2) full-year or three (3) half-year or one
(1) full-year and one (1) half-year Faculty Improvement Leaves available each year contingent upon funding availability.
