A faculty member with assigned field credentials who receives a full Employer contribution, who has three (3) or more years of continuous service, and who has been laid off, remains eligible for the full Employer contribution and all other benefits provided under this Article for twelve (12) months in accordance with Article 22, Section 8, Subd. 6
