Faculty Parking Clause Samples
The Faculty Parking clause establishes the rules and provisions regarding parking privileges for faculty members at an institution. Typically, it outlines eligibility criteria, the process for obtaining parking permits, and any associated fees or designated parking areas reserved for faculty use. By clearly defining these terms, the clause helps ensure orderly allocation of parking resources and minimizes disputes over parking access among faculty and other campus users.
Faculty Parking. The BOARD shall attempt, subject to its budgetary limitations, to provide adequate and secure parking facilities at all schools, which are reasonably free from hazards.
Faculty Parking. Working with existing reserved and handicap spaces, AAP and EOU have identified a total of 40 faculty parking spaces as convenient for faculty access to instructional buildings.
Faculty Parking a. The Board shall endeavor to provide and maintain adequate and secure faculty parking facilities at all present schools, as well as expand parking accommodations where such facilities are inadequate. Provision of new or additional parking facilities at present schools shall be subject to the availability of funds and space.
b. Adequate and secure faculty parking facilities shall be provided at all future schools.
c. The understandings reached pertaining to parking for Pittsburgh High School for Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) faculty and staff shall continue in effect.

Faculty Parking. Parking arrangements currently in effect will be maintained for the term of this agreement.
