Faculty with partial reassigned time. Seventy-five percent (75%) of the faculty member’s non-reassigned workweek hours shall be spent in a combination of student contact and preparation. The remaining twenty-five (25%) of the non-reassigned workweek hours shall be spent in professional activities, [e.g. office hours, professional development, and meetings (departmental, campus, etc.)]. Weekly office hours shall be calculated at teaching part of load times five (5) (rounded to the nearest quarter-hour) and shall be posted and scheduled for the convenience of students. These hours may be held in the faculty member’s office, online, and/or at appropriate District locations. These hours shall reflect the range of delivery modes of the faculty assignment. The faculty member’s reassigned time shall be spent in administrative/professional development/governance duties.
