Common use of Failure by Athletics Clause in Contracts

Failure by Athletics. Director to report immediately to the Athletics Compliance staff, and, when appropriate, to the President, any alleged violations of the Governing Athletics Rules or University Rules by Athletics Director or by any coaches, staff members, student-athletes, or other persons that become known to Athletics Director;
