Lessee shall fail to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in (i) Section 8.1(c), (ii) Section 8.6, (iii) Section 9.2, (iv) Section 9.3, (v) Article XV, (vi) Section 18.2(c) or 18.2(e), (vii) any other provision of Section 18.2 or (viii) Section 18.3.
