FAILURE BY TENANT TO MAINTAIN INSURANCE. If Tenant refuses or neglects to secure and maintain insurance policies complying with the provisions of this Article 14, or to provide copies of policies or certificates or copies of renewal policies or certificates within the time provided in Section 14.2, Landlord may, after providing written notice to Tenant of its intention to do so, secure the appropriate insurance policies and Tenant shall pay, upon thirty (30) days following demand, the cost of same to Landlord, as Additional Rent.
