Common use of Failure of Allottee to Clause in Contracts

Failure of Allottee to. take possession of Apartment/ Flat- Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per Para 7.2, the Allottee(s) shall take possession of the Apartment/ Flat from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment/ Flat to the Allottee(s). In case the Allottee(s) fails to take possession within the time provided in Para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified under Para 7.2 above.

Failure of Allottee to. take possession Possession of Apartment/ Flat- Apartment - Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per Para para 7.2, the Allottee(s) Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment/ Flat Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment/ Flat Apartment to the Allottee(s)allottee. In case the Allottee(s) Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in Para para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified under Para 7.2 abovein para 11.

Failure of Allottee to. take possession of Apartment/ Flat- Apartment – Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per Para para 7.2, the Allottee(s) Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment/ Flat Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment/ Flat Apartment to the Allottee(s)Allottee. In case the Allottee(s) Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in Para 7.2, para 7.2 in the Possession Notice such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified under Para in para 7.2 abovefrom such date as notified in the Possession Notice (Deemed Possession).

In case the Allottee(s) Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in Para para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified under Para 7.2 abovein para 7.2.

Failure of Allottee to. take possession of Apartment/ Flat- Apartment Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per Para 7.27.2 above, the Allottee(s) shall take possession of the Apartment/ Flat Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment/ Flat Apartment to the Allottee(s). In case the Allottee(s) fails to take possession within the time provided in as per Para 7.27.2 above, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified under Para 7.2 above.
