Inspector General Sample Clauses

Inspector General. The Grantee understands its duty, pursuant to Section 20.055(5), F.S., to cooperate with the inspector general in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing. The Grantee will comply with this duty and ensure that its sub-grantees and/or subcontractors issued under this Agreement, if any, impose this requirement, in writing, on its sub-grantees and/or subcontractors, respectively.

Inspector General. Each party acknowledges that in accordance with 105 ILCS 5/34-13.1, the Inspector General of the Board of Education of City of Chicago has the authority to conduct certain investigations and that the Inspector General shall have access to all information and personnel necessary to conduct those investigations.
Inspector General. The Vendor/Contractor hereby acknowledges that pursuant to Section 8.5 of the Toll Highway Act (605 ILCS 10/8.5) the Inspector General of the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority has the authority to conduct investigations into certain matters including but not limited to allegations of fraud, waste and abuse, and to conduct reviews. The Vendor/Contractor will fully cooperate in any OIG investigation or review and shall not xxxx the Tollway for such time. Cooperation includes providing access to all information and documentation related to the goods/services described in this Agreement, and disclosing and making available all personnel involved or connected with these goods/services or having knowledge of these goods/services. All subcontracts must inform Subcontractors of this provision and their duty to comply.

Contractor understands and will abide by all provisions of MCC Ch. 2-56. All subcontracts must inform Subcontractors of this provision and require understanding and compliance with them.

You represent that you understand and will abide by all provisions of Chapters 2-56 and 2-55 of the Municipal Code and that you will inform subcontractors of this provision and require their compliance.
Inspector General. In those instances where State funding is involved, the SUBRECIPIENT and its subcontractors must agree to cooperate with the Inspector General in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing pursuant to section 20.055(5), Florida Statutes. By entering into this Agreement, the SUBRECIPIENT certifies that they understand and will comply with this provision.
