FAILURE OF PURCHASER TO TAKE POSSESSION. In the event of the Purchaser failing to make payment of all amounts due and payable by it to the purchaser in terms of this agreement and to take over possession of the said Apartment in the manner as hereinbefore mentioned and if such default shall continue for a period of two months then and in that event then and in that event the Seller shall be entitled to sell and transfer the said Flat to some other persons and after adjusting and appropriating the amount due and payable by the Purchaser and the balance amount shall be paid by the Seller to the Purchaser and the Purchaser hereby consents to the same.
