COMMENCEMENT AND TERMS. 3.1 This Agreement has commenced and/or shall be deemed to have commenced on and from the date of execution of agreement (hereinafter referred to as the COMMENCEMENT DATE) and shall remain valid and subsisting unless terminated in the manner as hereinafter appearing.
