Common use of Failure of Tenant to Provide Insurance Clause in Contracts

Failure of Tenant to Provide Insurance. Should Tenant occupy the Leased Premises without providing the required insurance coverage, Landlord, at its option, may obtain the required insurance coverage and Tenant shall pay the premiums for same as additional rent within five days of the receipt of notice of payment from Landlord.
