Failure of Tenant to Remove Property. If this Lease is terminated due to the expiration of its term or otherwise, and Tenant fails to remove its property, in addition to any other remedies available to Landlord under this Lease, and subject to any other right or remedy Landlord may have under applicable law, Landlord may remove any property of Tenant from the Premises and store the same elsewhere at the expense and risk of Tenant.

Failure of Tenant to Remove Property. If this Lease is terminated due to the expiration of its term Term or otherwise, and Tenant fails to remove its propertyproperty as required by Section 7.2(b), in addition to any other remedies available to Landlord under this Lease, and subject to any other right or remedy Landlord may have under applicable law, Landlord may remove any property of Tenant from the Premises and store the same elsewhere at the expense and risk of Tenant.

Failure of Tenant to Remove Property. If this Lease is terminated due to the expiration of its term Term or otherwise, and Tenant fails to remove its property, Tenant’s Property (as defined in addition to any other remedies available to Landlord under this Lease, and subject to any other right Section 12.3 below) on or remedy Landlord may have under applicable lawbefore such expiration, Landlord may remove any property of Tenant from consider the Premises and store the same elsewhere at the expense and risk of Tenant’s Property to be abandoned.
