Common use of Failure to Appoint Clause in Contracts

Failure to Appoint. Should the parties’ appointees be unable to agree on a Chairperson within five (5) days of the appointment of the member last appointed, then the Chairperson shall be appointed by the Minister of Labour for the Province of British Columbia.
