FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH REGULATIONS. In case of failure or neglect to comply with any and all conditions as established by law and the supporting documents of the R-PUD, the city, in addition to other available remedies, may refuse to issue additional building permits and stop construction until violations or noncompliant conditions have been eliminated.
