Common use of Failure to Construct Clause in Contracts

Failure to Construct. If Borrower fails to obtain permits, or to commence and prosecute construction of the Development to completion, within the times set forth in Article 3 above.

Failure to Construct. If Borrower fails to obtain permits, or to commence and prosecute construction of the Development Rehabilitation to completion, within the times set forth in Article 3 above.

Failure to Construct. If Borrower fails to obtain permits, or to commence and prosecute construction rehabilitation of the Development to completion, within the times set forth in Article 3 above.

Failure to Construct. If Failure of Borrower fails to obtain permits, or to commence commence, and prosecute to completion, construction of the Development to completion, Improvements within the times set forth in Article 3 above.;

Failure to Construct. If Failure of Borrower fails to obtain permits, or to commence commence, and prosecute construction to completion, rehabilitation of the Development to completion, within the times set forth in Article 3 above.;

Failure to Construct. If Borrower fails to obtain permits, or to commence and prosecute construction of the Development Improvements to completion, within the times set forth in Article 3 4 above.

Failure to Construct. If Subject to Section 7.15 below, failure of Borrower fails to obtain permits, or to commence commence, and prosecute to completion, construction of the Development to completion, within the times set forth in Article 3 above.
