Requests to De-energize. In the event Utility de-energizes any equipment or line at Licensee’s request and for its benefit and convenience in performing a particular segment of any work, Licensee shall reimburse Utility in full for all costs and expenses incurred, in accordance with Paragraph 3.9, in order to comply with Licensee’s request. Before Utility de-energizes any equipment or line, it shall provide, upon request, an estimate of all costs and expenses to be incurred in accommodating Licensee’s request.
Requests to De-energize. In the event the District de-energizes any equipment or line at Licensee’s request and for its benefit and convenience in performing a particular segment of any work, Licensee shall reimburse the District in full for all costs and expenses incurred, in accordance with Paragraph 3.9, in order to comply with Licensee’s request. Before the District de-energizes any equipment or line, it shall provide, upon request, an estimate of all costs and expenses to be incurred in accommodating Licensee’s request. Notwithstanding the foregoing de-energization shall be at the District’s sole discretion and the District shall determine the schedule for de-energization.

In the event the Utility de-energizes any equipment or line at Licensee’s request and for its benefit and convenience in performing a particular segment of any work, Licensee shall reimburse the Utility in full for all costs and expenses incurred, in accordance with Paragraph 3.9, in order to comply with Licensee’s request. Before the Utility de-energizes any equipment or line, it shall provide, upon request, an estimate of all costs and expenses to be incurred in accommodating Licensee’s request. Before Town de-energizes any Town Facilities, it shall provide, upon request, an estimate of all costs and expenses to be incurred in accommodating Licensee’s request.
Requests to De-energize. 17.6.1 In the event Utility, in its sole discretion, elects to de-energize any equipment or line at Licensee's request and for Licensee's benefit and convenience in performing a particular segment of any work, Licensee shall reimburse Utility in full for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in order to comply with Licensee's de-energization request. Except during an Emergency, Utility shall provide, upon Licensee’s request, an estimate of all costs (including lost revenue) and expenses to be incurred in accommodating Licensee’s de-energization request and, upon reviewing such estimate, Licensee shall confirm whether it intends to continue or withdraw such request.

In the event JEA de-energizes any equipment or line at Licensee's request and for its benefit and convenience in performing a particular segment of any work, Licensee shall reimburse JEA in full for all costs and expenses incurred in order to comply with Licensee's request for de-energization of any equipment or line. Before JEA de-energizes any equipment or line, it shall provide upon request an estimate of all costs and expenses to be incurred in accommodating Licensee’s request

In the event that DED de-energizes any equipment or line at the Licensee's request or for its benefit and convenience, the Licensee shall reimburse DED for all its resulting costs and expenses. Before DED de-energizes any equipment or line, it shall provide, upon Licensee’s request, an estimate of all costs and expenses to be incurred in accommodating the Licensee’s request.

In the event Licensor de-energizes any equipment or line at Licensee's request and for its benefit and convenience in performing a particular segment of any work, Licensee shall reimburse Licensor in full for all costs and expenses incurred in order to comply with Licensee's request for de-energization of any equipment or line. Before Licensor de-energizes any equipment or line, it shall provide upon request an estimate of all costs and expenses to be incurred in accommodating Licensee’s request

Before LP&L de-energizes any equipment or line, it shall provide, upon request, an estimate of all costs and expenses to be incurred in accommodating Licensee’s request. Licensee shall give LP&L fourteen (14) calendar days prior written notice of any such request to de- energize.

In the event KUB de-energizes any equipment or line at Operator’s request and for its benefit and convenience in performing a particular segment of any work, Operator shall reimburse KUB in full for all costs and expenses incurred, in accordance with Section 3.9, in order to comply with Operator’s request. Before KUB de-energizes any equipment or line, it shall provide, upon request, an estimate of all costs and expenses to be incurred in accommodating Operator’s request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, de-energization shall be at KUB’s sole discretion and KUB shall determine the schedule for de-energization.
