Failure to Cure the Deficiency. If the Residency Program determines that Resident has failed to satisfactorily cure a deficiency, fails to satisfactorily progress in the program, and/or fails to perform at an acceptable level, the Residency Program may take action, which may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the following steps:
