Failure to Disclose Insurance Policies. If the End User, whenever required to do so under this Agreement, fails to produce to QR Network evidence to the reasonable satisfaction of QR Network of insurances that have been effected or maintained by it, QR Network may: (a) effect and maintain the insurance and pay the premiums and any amount so paid will be a debt due from the End User to QR Network; and/or (b) terminate this Agreement pursuant to Clause 14.1(d).
