Failure to Disclose Insurance Policies. If the Operator, whenever required to do so under this Agreement, fails to produce to Aurizon Network evidence to the reasonable satisfaction of Aurizon Network of insurances that have been effected or maintained by it, Aurizon Network may: (a) effect and maintain the insurance and pay the premiums and any amount so paid will be a debt due from the Operator to Aurizon Network; and/or (b) terminate this Agreement pursuant to Clause 21.1(g).
