Common use of Failure to File Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Failure to File Acceptance. Any failure on the part of the Grantee to file such written acceptance within such time shall be deemed an abandonment and rejection of the rights and privileges conferred by this Franchise, and this Franchise shall thereupon be null and void.
