TREE TRIMMING. Grantee or its designee shall have the authority to trim trees on public property at its own expense as may be necessary to protect its wires and facilities.

TREE TRIMMING. 16.1 Customer Agreements to provide Customer is responsible for tree trimming: Subject to any written agreement between a Customer and the Distributor, and any statutory provision, the Trader must ensure that each of its Customer Agreements provides that the Customer must comply with its obligations under the Electricity (Hazards from Trees) Regulations 2003 in respect of any trees that the Customer has an interest in that are near any line that forms part of the Network.
TREE TRIMMING. The Licensee shall have authority to trim trees upon and overhanging public streets, alleys, sidewalks and ways and places of the Town so as to prevent the branches of such trees from coming in contact with the wires, cables and equipment of the Licensee, in accordance with applicable state law and any Town bylaws/ordinances and regulations.

The Licensee shall be subject to M.G.L. Chapter 87 and shall comply with all rules established by the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) during the term of this Renewal License. All tree and/or root trimming and/or pruning provided for herein shall be done pursuant to regulations of the Town.
TREE TRIMMING. Grantee may prune or cause to be pruned, using proper pruning practices, any tree in the City's Rights-of-Way which interferes with Grantee's Cable System. Grantee shall comply with any general ordinance or regulations of the City regarding tree trimming. Except in emergencies, Grantee may not prune trees at a point below thirty (30) feet above sidewalk grade until one (1) week written notice has been given to the owner or occupant of the premises abutting the Right- of-Way in or over which the tree is growing. The owner or occupant of the abutting premises may prune such tree at his or her own expense during this one (1) week period. If the owner or occupant fails to do so, Grantee may prune such tree at its own expense. For purposes of this subsection, emergencies exist when it is necessary to prune to protect the public or Grantee’s facilities from imminent danger only.
TREE TRIMMING. (a) Comcast, or its agents, including contractors and subcontractors, shall have the authority to trim trees upon and overhanging the Public Rights-of-Way so as to prevent the branches of such trees from coming in contact with the wires, cables, or other equipment of Comcast. Any such tree trimming shall only be performed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. (b) If Comcast or its agents, including contractors and subcontractors, wish to cut down and remove any tree or trees as may be necessary for the installation and/or maintenance of its equipment, it shall apply to the Township for permission, with the exception of Emergency situations as defined in Section 1(k), and if permission is granted, shall perform such cutting and removal in accordance with the regulations of the Township.

TREE TRIMMING. Trimming shall be done in a neat manner utilizing the proper tools. Trees over hanging channel right-of-way shall be trimmed in a vertical line with the right-of-way fence. The trees should be trimmed to the minimum height requirements as stated below. Please note: Contractor must notify owner prior to trimming any fruit trees. 1. Vehicles roadway side: 16’ – 0” 2. Inspection walkway side: 10’ – 0” 3. Equestrian Trail: 12’ – 0”
