Failure to Furnish Bonds. Failure to furnish and deliver any bond as required by this Contract, shall entitle the Client to declare XxXxxxx’x Bid or Proposal to be non-responsive, and not the lowest responsible bid or proposal, and shall constitute a basis to award the contract to another bidder or proposer.
