The Client definition

The Client means the organization purchasing the service.
The Client s Representative’ means any entity appointed by the Client to act on the Client’s behalf with regard to procurement and/or management of this Contract.

Examples of The Client in a sentence

  • The client has 30 days from receipt of this notice to cancel the agreement, providing 60 days’ notice of termination.
