The Client definition
The Client means the organization purchasing the service.
The Client s Representative’ means any entity appointed by the Client to act on the Client’s behalf with regard to procurement and/or management of this Contract.

Examples of The Client in a sentence
Any Order given by one of the persons who form the Client shall be deemed to have been given by all the persons who form the Client.
Any warning or other notice given to one of the persons which form the Client shall be deemed to have been given to all the persons who form the Client.
