The Client definition

The Client means the organization purchasing the service.
The Client s Representative’ means any entity appointed by the Client to act on the Client’s behalf with regard to procurement and/or management of this Contract.

Examples of The Client in a sentence

  • Any Order given by one of the persons who form the Client shall be deemed to have been given by all the persons who form the Client.

  • Any warning or other notice given to one of the persons which form the Client shall be deemed to have been given to all the persons who form the Client.

  • The Client understands and agrees that in order to perform the investigation the Client shall have to provide the Company with the requested documents and certificates.

  • The Company does not make representations as to the time of receipt by the Client and cannot guarantee that he will receive such information at the same time as other clients.

The Client means the person, firm or limited company to whom the Services are to be provided.
